Historically, children's clothing was made to accommodate growth, and these undergarments have drawstrings, extra waistband length, and growth tucks to accommodate the developing child for two to three years. They are based off extant designs and fashion plates. Each garment is sustainably made from fabric remnants or reclaimed textiles and is available to ship in 7-10 business days. There are FOUR different types of undergarments available, so please read the graphics and descriptions below carefully for size information and all the details. The undershirt includes: a round neckline with a back button closure sleeveless buttons at the waist to attach to their drawers The drawers include: button closure on BOTH sides with extra waistband length to move the button buttonholes at the waist to attach to the undershirt lace trim on the bottom edge of the drawers multiple growth tucks at the bottom edge of the drawers hemmed to just below the knee The full petticoat includes: a high round neckline trimmed with lace armholes trimmed with lace a back button closure a full-gathered skirt a hem trimmed with wide lace multiple growth tucks hemmed 2-3 shorter than the dress length The half petticoat includes: a drawstring waist a full-gathered skirt a hem trimmed with wide lace multiple growth tucks hemmed 2-3 shorter than the dress length Each undergarment is unique: some are trimmed with lace, ribbon, etc. and fabrics will vary. Measure your child's chest, waist, and dress length according to the sizing graphic, then choose your child's size according to the sizing chart. For the most accurate fit, please take the measurements snug to your child's body. Undergarments will be hemmed according to specifications already mentioned; however, if your child is shorter or taller than the measurement on the size chart, let us know in the comment box on the check out page, and we will lengthen/shorten the drawers at no extra charge. ----------------------------------------------- HOW TO MEASURE YOUR CHILD Please refer to the measurement graphic in the listing and the video tutorial if you need assistance in understanding and taking measurements.
